Inspection Agency: CONSIGNEE Payment Terms : 100 percent payment on receipt and acceptance by consignee. Instructions/Remarks: 1 Firm should quote their rate on Workshop Projects, Patna. Taxes/duties and freight charge shall be clearly mentioned. 2 Firm is advised to quote their rate only in Per Unit. 3Delivery period: An early delivery date /period is preferred, normally is should be 14 days or earlier. 4 Firm, if not OEM, should attatch authorization certificate along with offer.5 Railway shall not provide form C or form D .
