IN CASE OF LESSER PERFORMANCE AFTER ACCEPTANC E, THE FIRM HAS TO REPLACE UN-USED BLADES WITH-IN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF COMPLAINT. 2. In case of lesser performance, proportionate payment shall be made FOR THE USED TRAIL BLADE. No bonus s hall be allowed for performance exceeding 10 ladles. 3.
