Tenders are invited for Development of S&D Network including Construction of Pumping Station in Anandapur Area in Borough XII (Part of Ward 108). Deadline for Submission of Bids: 9 April 2024 at 14:30 hours (IST) Tender Fee Cost of non-refundable tender fee is INR 6, 000/- Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications defined in the Bidding Document may participate in this bidding: • Average Annual Construction Turnover (AACT) for the last three (3) financial years: equal to or more than INR 535.00 million • Experience in completion of at least one (1) similar type of the following works with a contract value of INR 560.00 million, in the last seven (7) years, before the date of bid submission {OR Experience in completion of at least two (2) similar types of the following works with a contract value of INR 375.00 million, in the last seven (7) years, before the date of bid submission}: o Supply and laying of RCC/DWC/DI Sewerage /Drainage pipe of size 300 mm & above - 1.7 km. o CCTV Survey work of assorted dia of RCC sewer of 1.7 km o Road restoration work for 18000 sqm o Construction of one Pumping station including Pumpsets o Operation & maintenance of Sewerage / Drainage/ Water Supply Pumping station • Must demonstrate availability of financial resources (less its financial obligations for current contract commitments), meets or exceeds the total requirement for the subject contract, as detailed below: o Sole Bidder: INR 67.00 million o For JV: One Partner must meet or exceed INR 26.80 million o For JV: Each Partner must meet or exceed INR 16.75 million o The combined financial resources of the Joint Venture must meet or exceed the total requirement for the Subject Contract of INR 67.00 million
