Design, engineering, manufacture, inspection, testing as per IEC at manufacturer-s works, packing, supply & delivery of the 1250 Amp, 6.6KV, 50 Hz, 25 KA (3 sec), IAC25KA (1sec) TP single bus bar indoor, draw out type, metal enclosed switchboard Replacement of HT Switch Board PMCC-235 The scope of work shall include Design, engineering, manufacture, inspection, testing as per IEC at manufacturer-s works, packing, supply & delivery of the 1250 Amp, 6.6KV, 50 Hz, 25 KA (3 sec), IAC-25KA (1sec) TP single bus bar indoor, draw out type, metal enclosed switchboard (15 verticals with separate LPT) as per Technical specification and attached documents. The scope also includes (i) Supervision of installation of the switchboard. (ii) Supervision of testing & commissioning of the switchboard & relays at site. (iii) Execution of networking of the numerical relays and multifunction meters of the switchboard and provision for monitoring ports for both relay and MFM network and shall be installed at end of the panel including supply of all necessary hardware, supply & laying of communication cable. (iv) Drawings & documents as per attached vendor data requirement (v) Bidder shall note that two-part bidding shall be followed. (vi) Technical bid shall also contain the unpriced pricing format as furnished at exhibit-02. (vii) Bidder has to submit GA & schematic drawing with dimension before manufacturing for approval of Nalco. (viii)Bidder has to note that the panels must be OEM factory built and produce all relevant documents as per requirement.
