[2] Place of delivery, SMM-D-ER-KPA by rail - road transport. [3]Inspection by RDSO. [4] Any technical clarification regarding drawing-Specification can be obtained from the Office of Dy.CEE[P and D]-ER-KPA. Drawing[s]- pecification[s]can also be obtained from the above Office after payment of requisite cost. [5] Marking of Material Supplied, Manufacturers trade mark along with year and month ofmanufacturing should be embossed-marked on the products-boxes-cartoons as stipulated in specification -drawings. [6] Guarantee-Warranty clause as per Specification-IRScondition of contract . [7] The offer should be valid for 90 days from the date of opening of the tender.
