One of UNCDF-led initiatives, the Smart Green ASEAN Cities (SGAC) programme, which promotes a more sustainable urbanization in ASEAN cities while reducing its environmental footprint and improving the quality of life for citizens by helping cities develop sustainable financing mechanisms. As part ofSGAC project, the team is looking for a firm to develop and prepare a technical and financial feasibility studies for Siem Reap (Cambodia), Luang Prabang (Lao PDR), and Calapan (Philippines). The study shall focus on assessing the respective cities' current waste management system and performance, waste management plans, and business viability of the potential waste management businesses. For each city, the assignment will need to analyse and identify key waste management businesses and their respective financial feasibilityassessment.
