EMD is paid in the form of Bank Guarantee, the same shall remain valid for a period of six months from the date of opening of the tender with a claim period of another six months. BG shall be executed by any Scheduled Bank approved by Reserve Bank of India as per the pro-forma attached and shall be in non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.500/- or above.
