Tender Details

This Tender is for Civil, electrical and mechanical jobs, modernization of new OR existing RO under Kolkata Retail RO. REVERSE AUCTION IS NOT APPLICABLE FOR THIS TENDER. SECURITY DEPOSIT- 2 PERCENT OF CONTRACT VALUE SHALL BE APPLICABLE. Distribution of jobs: The job shall be awarded to FIVE parties in the ratio of 30:22:18:16:14. CPBG CLAUSE: Vendor has option to submit the CPBG of 10 percent Contract value in lieu of SD and Retention Money. If PBG is not submitted, Retention Money shall be applicable: 10 Percent shall be deducted from each bill. Post submission of Bids, Bidder shall not be allowed to furnish any new experience details not included in experience list furnished in their Bid. Bidders are requested to submit all qualification details along with relevant supporting Notarised documents at the first instance itself. No additional document pertaining to technical and financial PQC shall be accepted post due date of the tender. However, HPCL also reserves the right to seek clarification and document with reference to originally submitted document or documents mentioned in experience list for completing evaluation, if so required. Bidders are advised to read the clause on Planning and Designing in purview of Vulnerability Atlas of India incorporated in this tender before bidding. EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT : The tenderer will be required to pay a sum as specified in the covering letter, as earnest money deposit along with the tender either through e-payment or through a non-revokable Bank Guarantee in favour of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, from a bank from the list of banks whose bank guarantees are acceptable to the Corporation (list enclosed) payable at Mumbai in favour of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, Mumbai in the proforma enclosed.
