Supply & installation of spider glazing system to work as OHE protective screen across track/OHEfor FOB/skywalk consisting of 17.52 mm toughened Glass of Saint Gobain or Pilkilston or Ashahi or equivalent asapproved (8 mm clear toughened +1.52 PVB Lamination + 8 mm clear toughened) on stainless steel spidersystem supported on steel pipe custom designed to withstand the design wind pressure of 100 kg/sqm confirmingto IS-875 part -III.(the system must pass the proof test at 1.5 times design wind pressure i.e. 150kg/sqm) withconstruction, weather sealants of Dow corning or approved make, stainless steel spider system of grade 316 witharticulated bolt assembly, with SS 316 grade fasters and anchor bolts 304 grade of approved make, Teflon/nylonbushes & separators to prevent bi-metallic contracts, complete as per drawing, specification and as directed byEngineer in charge . The quoted rate shall include all material, labour, transportation, lead, lift, taxes, duties, statutory obligations & safety code compliance etc complete. The work will be carried out on the basis of MRVCdrawing as already provided on existing FOB's construction by MRVC in suburban section.
