Item Description: Imager
A cooled CCD imager for imaging of chemiluminescent Western Blots, Fluorescent proteins and DNA gel stains and white light imaging of colorimetric stains and markers. Sensitivity System should enable detection of picogram levels of sample with chemiluminescence. Limit of detection should be 5 picogram or less for chemiluminescence detection. System control and Image output System should have inbuilt touchscreen-based control and image output. It should have on board capture for ease of use and automation, without the need of external computer. System should take simultaneous imaging of chemiluminescent samples and colored molecular weight markers and perform automatic image overlay functions. The Image output formats from the system should be in Grayscale 16-bit tiff & Color image jpg Camera Scientific grade cooled CCD based camera with fixed focused lens of 1.4 aperture with 30mm or better. rest of the specification must be complied along with the mentioned in the boq document.
