Firm should upload relevent documentslike copies of R-Note, IC along with P.O. copies, otherwise offer is liable to be ignored. 2] All credentials are to be submitted alongwith quotation on line, otherwise the offer willbe liable to be ignored. 3] Place of Delivery is equal to Dy. CMM-JMP is equal to 56 Nos. 4] Firm should quote for direct delivery to destination, otherwise the offer is liable tobe ignored. 5] Delivery Period, Earliest delivery period is to be quoted [preferably within 4 months]. 6] Inspection Clause, RITES [For order value below Rs.1.5 Lakhs inspectionwill be by consignee at consignee end]. 7] GC-WC Clause, Guarantee-Warrantee as per specification, where specification does not include GC-WC, the same is to be as perIRS. 8] Manufacturers-Suppliers trade mark along with month and year of manufacturing is to be indicated on the product-boxes-cartoons as stipulated in Specification-Drawings or as per feasablity as the case may be. 9] PVC is not applicable. 10] This is an E procurement tender, against which no manual tender is accepted. The quotationis to be submitted on line, in www.ireps.gov.in. Drg.-Specification other than RDSO-DLW can also be obtained from the above office after payment of requisitecost. 12] Other terms are as per IRS conditions of contract. 13] The offer should be kept valid for 90 days from the date of opening the tender.
