Bank of Baroda, West Delhi Region intends to acquire commercially approved premises on lease basis for shifting of their existing Raja Garden Branch. The premises should have a carpet area of about 1900-2230 Sqft, preferably on the Ground Floor, front-facing with 24-hour access, clear visibility, 3 Phase power supply (30-35 KVA), adequate terrace space for V-Sat Antenna and Radio Mast Pole Antenna, and sufficient parking area. The premises should be ready for occupation within 3 months from the date of advertisement.
