Auction Detail: E-AUCTION NOTICE This is to notify for general information that the Provisioning Branch, Ftr HQ BSF Jalandhar Cantt, Punjab-144006 will dispose off unserviceable/condemned stores like Motor Transport spare parts, Communication Equipment/stores, Batteries, Engineering stores such as old fans, Air conditioner, Electronic/electrical stores, hospital Equipment, Packing materials, Old newspapers/books, burnt oil/fuels, Metallic & non-metallic scrap materials, miscellaneous stores etc through e-auction (GeM portal). 2. Date wise schedule of the E-Auction is as under :- Published Date 30.06.2025 EMD payment start date 01.07.2025 EMD payment end date 22.07.2025 E-Auction date 28.07.2025 3. The interested parties/bidders may participate in the e-auction through GeM portal only. Bidder having GST certificate & PAN Card will only be allowed to participate in the e-auction. 4. The items shall be sold to the highest bidder. The bids are invited for the lot (i.e. no bid would be accepted for any part of the same). 5. The interested bidders will have to submit EMD of Rs 1000/- in form of Demand Draft (DD) in favour of INSPECTOR GENERAL, FRONTIER HQ BSF, JALANDHAR payable at SBI Account No.10351911044 (IFSC Code-SBIN06596), SBI BSF Campus Jalandhar Branch. Original EMD shall reach at address i.e. “Prov Branch, FTR HQ BSF, Jalandhar (PB) – 144006” before 23.07.2025, otherwise the bid will be considered as non-responsive. 6. Payment of the article sold, will have to be made by the successful H-1 bidder(s) by in form of demand draft drawn in favour of IG, BSF Ftr HQ Jalandhar, Punjab Govt Fund Account No.10351911044 (IFSC Code-SBIN06596), SBI BSF Campus Jalandhar Branch after sale contract within 7 days.
