The parties who have been registered with Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) or State Pollution Control Board (SPCB) or the Pollution Control Committee as Recyclers / Reprocessors having environmentally sound management facilities for Disposal of Containers/Barrels contaminated with hazardous chemicals/wastes with valid Registration Certificate-cum-Pass Book for Recycling/Reuse of Hazardous Wastes and also having valid CFO (Consent For Operation) issued by the respective State Pollution Control Board (SPCB) are only eligible for this auction.
