2. USAGE OF SUITABLE MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT OF BUYER IS PERMITTED TO LIFT THE FORK LIFT FROM ExISTING LOCATION.
3. ANY DAMAGES TO SURROUNDING, COST OF THE DAMAGE, IS TO BE BORNE BY THE BUYER AS DECIDED BY BEML AUTHORITIES.
4.DISMANTLING IS ALLOWED WITH BUYER TOOLINGS AND CONSUMABLES.
