Note : Buyer must follow the norms of Pollution Control Board and should have valid consent/license/certificate from Maharashtra Pollution Control Board permitting use of acids in their Process, treatment of acidic effluents, etc. Pre-bid EMD not applicable.
Payment Terms : Being a running contract the Buyer is allowed for part payment or installment payment. Buyer has to transfer the cost of material for minimum 400 MT, Through Demand Draft/ RTGS in favour of The Chief General Manager, Ordnance Factory Bhandara, at least one week before drawl of material.
