Dismantling & Disposal of Plant & Machinery including Plant Buildings of De-commissioned TPS-I of NLC India Ltd, Neyveli, Tamil Nadu Unit Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 (6x50 MW), Unit Nos 7, 8, 9 (3x100 MW) (Total 12 Boilers, one Boiler each feeding Units 1 to 6 and two boilers each feeding Units 7 to 9) Total 600 MW on As Is Where Is, As Available and No Complaint basis

NOTE: 1. All hazardous waste arising out of dismantling to be disposed as per PCB / MoEF guidelines only.
2. Material not under the scope of sale has been mentioned in the List of Exclusions
3. Payments to be remitted as per STC in 12 installments.
4. Ground Rent, if applicable, is on the entire sale order value as per STC.
5. Start Price 100 Crore. Increment in multiples of 1 Lakh.
