Demolition, removing&taking away the dismantled material&other available Material, Demolition, removing and taking away the dismantled material & other available Materials As Is Where Is Basis from 68 nos of all D, E & F type quarters of old Colony at Sikka TPS including all labours required with tools and tackles, quipments, staging, scaffolding wherever required for demolition of RCC works, concrete work, brick masonry, removing of doors, windows, ventilators, grills, flooring, sanitary fittings, piping, etc. from ground level to top of parapet including taking all precautions of safety, supervision, services, security, arrangement of loading, unloading transportation of dismantled materials outside colony premises as per area shown by EIC within the lead of 3.0 KM, taking away the available materials as per scope and detailed specification attached here with and clear up & clean up the area etc including insurance, taxes, octroi whatever applicable for the work complete as directed by EIC. on as is where basis, (Qty: 1 LOT)
