Starting Price : Rs. 458 Lakh.

NOTE : The 100% of the accepted bid amount along with GST @18% + TCS@1% & MSTC service commission will be deposited by buyer in Single instalment .
After receipt of full payment the buyer shall be allowed for dismantling of buildings given at Annexure -I.
