SALE IS ON ANNUAL RATE CONTRACT BASIS FOR 2 YEARS ONLY)& SALE IS ON AS IS WHATEVER BASIS & NO COMPLAINT BASIS

IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1.The bids accepted shall be valid for a period of 2 years for lifting of the Material as and when intimation is sent by VPA, Over the period of 2 Years.
2.During the validity of 2 years Rate Contract, the Firm has to lift the accumulated quantity on issue of a Sale Order by M/S.MSTC and deposit the cost of materials for delivery of the material by VPA.
3.The quantity put up in E-Auction is approximate and may vary + or -25%
4.After successfully completion of Rate Contract the Security Deposit amount(10%) (which has to be paid alng with 1st installment payment ) will be refunded to the Firm.
5.The Successful bidder should comply the EMS,, SHEQ Policies of VPA.
