2. Bidders are required to present a valid Central FSSAI License with appropriate validity for all food items. Additionally, they must procure FSSAI NOC at their expense (non refundable) within 30 days of communication. If FSSAI declines to issue NOC, the pre-bid EMD will be reimbursed. Upon NOC acquisition, bidders must settle the outstanding balance plus GST within 10 working days. Failing which, the pre-bid EMD will be forfeited. LMPC is mandatory for all packaged commodities.
