The following conditions may be included in the auction:
1. The auction will be conducted on an as is where is and no complaint basis.
2. Prospective bidders must arrange for their own VPA Port entry passes for inspection of the items.
3. The auction will be conducted on a LOT basis.
4. Inspection is limited to visual checking only and will be allowed by prior appointment, well in advance, with the principal.
Additionally, it is requested that the payment of EMD and the balance final amount be made via Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Principal Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Visakhapatnam.
