The consultant must have experience in Post Tender services on specifically Waterfront development projects or ghat development projects or Lake/Water Bodies development, dam and marine projects under any government/semi-government. The consultant should have completed experience in Feasibility studies/DPR in Waterfront development projects and must have a maximum annual turnover of consultancy not less than Rs.75 Lac in the last 5 financial years.
