Note : 1 When stumps are grubbed up in addition, the rates shall be doubled for trees cut and grubbed 2 Payment for grubbing shall only be made where specially ordered. 3 Grubbing shall be ordered only where it is essential to remove the stumps, including the roots, as per specification. 4.
