Annual Maintenance Contract for Overhauling/maintenance (Both TOH & COH) of Caterpillar Make Diesel Engines Model C-18 & C-9 for two years at a total cost of Rs. 3, 95, 76, 265.44 in which Rs. 1, 82, 04, 421.84 for the year 2025 -26 and Rs. 2, 13, 71, 843.60 for the year 2026-27 working over South Central Railway for CPOH/RYP only.
- A-The tenderer should quote the rate of Service Charges and Travelling Charges for attending the Engine of the machines by service engineer and rate list of spare parts likely to be supplied during Annual maintenance contract for Overhauling (Both TOH & COH) of Caterpillar Make Diesel Engines Model C-18 & C-9 for first years at a cost of Rs. 1, 82, 04, 421.84 working over South Central Railway for CPOH/RYP only for the year 2025 -26. The quoted rates should be submitted separately by quoting rate for each item as per attached Annexure to tender document. However, the tenderer should quote only "AT PAR" in the offer in e-tender schedule.
