Cost of spares for the 1st year (Inclusive of GST): The tenderer should submit / enclose Price List of all relevant spares of Kirloskar engines; sub-assemblies etc. with Part number & rate along with details of Taxes applicable (Inclusive/ exclusive as the case may be) and validity period for the rates thus submitted will be ï¬rm during the currency of the AMC. The basic prices of the spares will remain ï¬rm only during the validity of this agreement; in case the rates are revised by the OEM during the currency of the contract, revised rates shall be applicable.
