Description : Annual Maintenance Contract of Gallery Automation System Located at 3 Drainage Galleries Namely Gallery 1, Gallery 2 and Iduvani Gallery of Linganamakki Dam and 2 Numbers of Wells at Lph Ody and Dam Level Monitoring System of Linganamakki Dam, Talakalale Dam and Lph Tailrace, Sagar Talluk, Shimoga Dist, Karnataka as Per Technical Specification and Scope of Work Detailed in Section Iii. Quarterly Maintenance of both the System for Keeping the System Intact. Attending to all Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance Without any Delay. the Contractor Shall Supply and Install all Parts Found Defective for Satisfactory Maintenance of Gallery Automation System and Dam Level Monitoring System Awarded for Maintenance Contract Without any Delay during the Contract Period. the Contractor Shall Note down the Equipments & Accessories that are in Service in Present System. Spares Shall be Provided for Maintaining Continuity of Work. the Successful Service Provider has to Maintain Ready Stock of Requisite Spares in Good Condition Throughout the Comprehensive Amc Period to Facilitate Immediate Replacement of Defective Parts.
