Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and Facility Management Service (FMS) of Computer Hardware, Software and Peripherals for the FY 2024-25, Mumbai
Description The Department of Statistics and Information Management, Reserve Bank of India (hereinafter referred to as ‘-the Bank-- or ‘-DSIM--) invites e-Tenders from eligible tenderers empaneled by Reserve Bank of India for providing “Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and Facility Management Service (FMS) for Computer Hardware, Software and Peripherals at Department of Statistics and Information Management, Reserve Bank of India, C-7/8/9, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai 400051, subject to the terms and conditions of this Tender. The contract will be valid for a period of six months from October 01, 2024 to March 31, 2025 and is extendable on a yearly basis for a maximum of two more years or other shorter periods, on mutual consent, subject to satisfactory performance/service rendered by the Vendor.
