Item Description: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of double skin (with High density Puff insulation) Draw through/Blow thru type AHUS complete with thermal break profile consisting of mixing air plenum section, blower sections with imported DIDW type blowers (supply blower), Dx cooling coil, with pre filters (The velocity across filter & coils should not exceed 450 FPM), ‘Zero leak/very low leakage-, unit base frame with VI pads, motor suitable with variable frequency drive (VFD not included). Supply Air Plenum section, access doors across each section as per approved design, drive set with coupling guard, vibration isolators, internal lights, limit switches, necessary instruments. Motor shall be of IE.2 rating. All gasket shall be food grade neoprene. Maintain temperature: 22+-2 & humidity range: 45% to 55%.
