Tender Details
Updation of various field documents for stations/LCs under the jurisdiction of ADSTE/CLT section: (LDY-TLY, SRR-NIL Road sections). The work includes Preparation of soft copies of circuits, location diagrams, FTOT particulars, contact analysis, power supply diagrams, Cable Core Plan, Cable Route Plan etc in Autocad from approved hard copy/ Soft copy of document. The approved document will be supplied by Railways. The drawings shall be prepared in Autocad in A3 size. The Contractor has to make the drawings in Auto Cad very carefully and submit one copy of check print along with the soft copy. The hard copy given by Railways have to be returned back without any damage The drawings shall be checked and returned by Railways indicating corrections if any. The corrections have to be made in the soft copy and final copy should be submitted in A3 size tracing sheet as required by Railways along with the final soft copy in CD/Pendrive. On approval the contractor shall submit along with the tracing sheets, 4 copies of each, duly making 2 sets in booklet neatly bound and 2 sets shall be kept in transparent plastic cover (2 sheets back to back in one plastic cover) and handed over to Railways.
