Evaluation Criteria : Itemwise/Consigneewise Tender Doc: 0.00 Earnest Money (INR): 0.00 Pre-Bid Query Date Time: Not Applicable Bidding System : Single Bid System Validity of Offer(Days) : 60 Delivery Schedule : Ex-Stock. Inspection Agency: CONSIGNEE Payment Terms : 100 percent payment on receipt and acceptance by consignee. Instructions/Remarks: 1 Firm should quote their rate on Rail wheel plant/Bela. Taxes/duties and freight charge shall be clearly mentioned. 2 Firm is advised to quote their rate only in Per Unit. 3Delivery period: An early delivery date /period is preferred, normally is should be 14 days or earlier. 4 Firm, if not OEM, should attatch authorization certificate along with offer.5 Railway shall not provide form C or form D .
