Item Description: UL listed Intelligent Door Controller (Max. 4 Reader per
controller) that communicates with one another
controller without the need for host intervention to
work Peer-to-peer direct communication using industry
standard network protocol and via TCP-IP having full
hardware and software compatibility with the existing
centralized Access Control System operational at GAIL.
Controller to support total redundancy through dual
network control (If ones fails other will take over
automatically). Controllers to have high level
encryption for data security. Controllers to have at least
2 on-board supervised inputs & 1 relay outputs per card
reader. Support Global Antipass back feature and
Handling capacity of 2, 00, 000 (min) Cardholders, and
100, 000 (min) transactions (transits and events) stored
on 64MB RAM. Special Intrinsically Safe housing shall be
provided for the controller wherever it is.
