Acquisition of office space premises on lease rental basis for accommodating Office of the Reserve Bank of India, Andhra Pradesh at Vijayawada, Hyderabad
Description Reserve Bank of India, Andhra Pradesh Regional Office, Hyderabad (hereinafter called “the Bank”) invites Request for Proposal in two bid system (Part I - Technical Bid and Part II - Price Bid) in sealed quotations from eligible entity/firm/individual landlords/legal owners/PA holders for acquiring ready-built office space premises on lease rental basis for accommodating the office of Reserve Bank of India, Andhra Pradesh Regional Office in Vijayawada city. Office space premises offered should be within 6 km radius of APSRTC Pandit Nehru Main Bus Station at Vijayawada and lying within the limits of the Vijayawada Municipal Corporation. Property should be abutting and opening onto a 15-20 meters wide road. Bidders who have property with rentable area of 20, 000 Sq. ft (minimum) to 28, 000 Sq. ft (maximum) for a lease period of minimum 3 (three) years extendable for a mutually agreed period thereafter and who meet the minimum eligibility criteria and other terms and conditions specified in RFP documents should only need to apply. Bank reserves the right to choose the location of property to be taken on lease as per its requirement. The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all the bids.
