2025-26 (AMI No. Gr, 35 N 23) "HBsAg Elisa Kit - Kit needs to be able to detect all known major subtypes - adr, adw, ayr, ayw as well as most of the mutants like (supported by publications). - Kit needs to have colour coded reagents with OD norms for reagents addition verification on automation as well as manual procedure. - Kit needs to have minimum analytical sensitivity of 0.060 ng/ml or 0.05 IU/ml for WHO Standard. - Strip of microplate needs to be numbered and microplate frame needs to have name of the assay for easy identification and differentiation. - Reagents in the kit box need to have barcode label with information of lot no and expiry to manage the traceability in automation. - Supplier needs to provide the Certificate of Analysis from NIB for each supplied batch. - Supplier needs to be able to provide neutralization kit for confirmation of reactive cases on demand. - CE approved & certificate of Analysis be provided. - International evaluations based on sero conversion panels should be provided, Brand-BioRad Monolisa HBsAg Ultra, Catalogue 72348 - PACK SIZE %u2013 480 TESTS/ PACK"
