1. Bids are invited through GeM Portal for Auction of Electrical & Miscellaneous Items as per location mentioned against the Lot from authorized & eligible bidders on "As is where is" and “ No Complaint Basis “ basis. Bids will be received online through GeM (Forward Auction) only & will be processed as per SoP of GeM. Items will be Sold as per the highest bid will be received online & Sale will solely depend on discretion of principle. 2. Special Terms and Condition uploaded along with Tender Document for adherence. 3. The items are sold on LOT BASIS and not on per MT/ per items basis. Interested bidders are requested to quote their bids for the whole LOT and not for individual items. 4) Auctions are managed from HQATVP, Shankar Vihar, New Delhi, Contact No. 011-20863483, 8800982076 (Ground Staff 08928243461). 5) Payment terms : As per Tender document attached. EMD to be deposited vide DD only in favour of HQATVP, New Delhi. Bidders are requested to attach jpg/pdf format for the DD to be submitted for participation and hard copy to be submitted to this office at HQATVP “Aakanksha”, New Delhi within Inspection period.
