(2) THE MATERIAL FOR SALE IS OFFERED ON "AS IS WHERE IS" BASIS, "AS IS WHAT IS" BASIS AND “NO COMPLAINT” BASIS. (3) THE BIDDERS WHO POSSES VALID LICENSE FOR E-WASTE RECYCLING ISSUED BY POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN AUCTION. (4) BIDDERS HAVE TO SUBMIT/UPLOAD ALL VALID LICENSE ISSUED BY POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD ALONG WITH EMD, GST Certificate AND ANNEXURE B FAILING WHICH EMD OF SUCH BIDDERS WILL BE REJECTED. Bidders will not be permitted to participate in auction without submission of Earnest Money Deposit.
