Place of Item Under Auction The material will be available at the following locations: Director General of Police and Chairman, Gujarat Police Recruitment Board, Bungalow no. 12, Sector-9, Gandhinagar – 382007. Gujarat Police Academy, Karai. 3. Inspection of materials by the office to the bidders willing to participate in the auction Inspection of the material will be allowed on the scheduled date, time and place. The Bidder shall fully satisfy himself about the quality, condition, quantity, size, weight and utility of the material during the inspection. After inspection or not taking advantage of inspection Under no circumstances shall any complaint, objection, quality claim or representation of damages be entertained. For inspection, the bidder has to contact the office official in advance and fix the time. 4. Mode of Auction Auction entirely through Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal will be held by Forward Auction method. Only eligible bidders registered on GeM Portal can participate in the auction. After the completion of the auction, the highest valid bid will be declared the successful bidder subject to the approval of the competent authority. The Competent Authority shall have the right to accept or reject any bid and no claim shall be entertained. 5. TERMS OF SALE Materials shall be sold on "As is Where is", "As is What is" and "No Complaint Basis". After sale material quality, condition, corrosion, No representation, claim or compensation shall be valid for damage, size, weight or otherwise. Items sold will not be returned under any circumstances. 6.
