Auction Detail: Auction Brief : Used Cable Aluminium Conductor PVC Insulated. (Valid PCB Certificate Mandatory ) Quantity : 05 MT Time allowed for lifting of materials : Till the validity of the Bid. Bidders will not be permitted to participate in auction without Submission of Earnest Money Deposit in physical mode as well as online. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) must be in the form of Demand Draft draw in favour of “Pay and Accounts Officer, PREFRE, BARC, TARAPUR” payable at Tarapur and a copy of the same must be uploaded in the GeM Portal on or before 17/12/2025, 15.30 HRS. Original Demand Draft of EMD along with original of Annexure “B” of ATC duly signed by the purchaser shall be submitted to Asstt. Stores officer (Disposal Section), TWMP Stores, NRB, BARC, Tarapur, PO: Ghivali, Maharashtra-401502 in sealed envelope Super scribing boldly Auction Number so as to reach before the EMD due date and time. BID SHALL BE VALID FOR ATLEAST 120 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF OPENING OF BID. EMD will be forfeited if the bidder withdraws or amends, impairs or derogates from ATC in any respect within the period of validity of the Auction. Bidders who wish to participate in this Auction must be registered under GST. GST as applicable shall be paid by the purchaser on Reverse Charge Mechanism. Inspection of Materials: Inspection of Material is permitted on all working days from 15/12/2025 to 17/12/2025 between 10.00 to 15.30 hrs. At the time of Inspection & lifting of material, Person should accompany by valid one photo ID proofs in original and one xerox copy.
