Auction Detail: Terms and Conditions for Auction of Unserviceable Vehicle Tyres The unserviceable vehicle tyres are offered for auction on an "As Is Where Is" basis. The auction shall be conducted strictly on an "As Is Where Is" condition, and no claim regarding the quality, quantity, or condition of the material shall be entertained after the auction. Prospective bidders are advised to inspect the auctioned lots/materials thoroughly before participating in the bidding process. If a bidder participates in the auction without inspecting the material, it shall be deemed that the bidder has fully satisfied themselves with the condition of the material and has accepted all the terms and conditions of the auction. The successful bidder shall deposit the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) within one week from the date of completion of the auction. The balance sale consideration shall be deposited within two weeks from the date of deposit of the EMD. In the event of failure by the successful bidder to deposit the EMD or the balance amount within the stipulated time, the bidder shall be liable to be blacklisted/debarred from participating in future auctions, in addition to any other action deemed appropriate by the competent authority.
