Complete item rate for day-to-day maintenance job by deploying skilled workers of all buildings, structures, all general areas in the jurisdiction of SSE(W)Amalner. The cost of thejob is inclusive of all T & P required for the assigned job, putty, clips, threads, nails, screws, fastners, welding machine, drilling machine of required size surface ï¬lling materials, pigments etc.only building materials such as paints, glass panes, sanitary& water supply ï¬ttings shall besupplied by the Rly. a representative with prior assessment. The job is inclusive of all sundries, expenses etc. complete in all respect, so nothing extra is to bepaid whatsoever the case may be tothis account.
