Tyre defect gauge for BG coaching stock, as per Railway board approved IRCA Part 4, Rule 2. 8.4 and plate 38. To check the various wheel defect like Thin flange, Sharp flange, Deep flange, Hollow tyre / false flange, Root radius and flat places on wheel. The gauge must be suitable for checking wheel flatness 50 mm rejection limitand thin flange 22 mm rejection limit. Made of hard alloy steel/ stainless steel having t hickness 4 mm with permanent making of the type of rolling stock which can be checked. To be supplied wi th carrying case along with calibration certificate from NABL or Government approved lab. [ Warranty Period: 30 Months after the date of delivery ] ]
