Unloading by M/s.METAL AND STEEL FACTORY at their premises at FREE OF COST. NOTE: 60MT (Approx) of Rejected Forged LHB Axles shall be transported at the fag end of the Contract period in ONE INSTANCE or as and when the rejected axle quantity accumulates upto one truck load or as per the advice of Consingee, whichever is earlier, by Road. Approximate distance:1952Kms. Quantity:4700MT.SPECIAL NOTE: (1) Tenderers should quote the Rates based on the Diesel Price of Rs.90.99 per litre prevailing at Bengaluru as on estimation date i.e., 21.08.2025 and the same shall be considered for the purpose of evaluation.(2)Mandatory documents should be submitted in Compliance of: Bid Security conditions including Annexure-VI(A), Annexure-V, Annexure-V(A), Annexure-VI(B), Power of Attorney and IBA Certification. (3) Non- submission of necessary documents in support of the above may result in REJECTION of Bids.
