The tender invites proposals for the development of an International Information Technology, Entertainment & Cultural Park including a world-class Concert Arena (IITEC) at New Town, Kolkata over 25 acres land through the Public Private Partnership (PPP) mode on Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Transfer (DBFOT) basis. The project includes the development of an Indoor Concert Pavilion Complex with a capacity of 20, 000 (seating and standing), an Open Arena with a capacity of 60, 000 (standing), and an Outdoor Pavilion Complex with a capacity of 20, 000 (seating). The aim is to establish Kolkata as an international destination for technology, entertainment, and cultural convergence.
