The tender invites expressions of interest for running hostels for a minimum of 50 and a maximum of 100 students of Backward and Extremely Backward Classes in all districts of Bihar through private institutions/organizations/individuals in PPP mode. The selected institution will provide accommodation, food, electricity, drinking water, security, library, study room, internet, fire safety equipment, kitchen, dining hall, and other necessary facilities. The proposed building must meet specific criteria including a minimum built-up area of 7, 500 sq. ft. for 50 students and 15, 000 sq. ft. for 100 students, located in a prime area with adequate facilities and a clean environment.
