The State Transport Authority, Odisha invites Expression of Interest along with techno-commercial proposal from eligible Government agencies, Government-authorised / Government-recognised Government-empanelled agencies, accredited Government recognised bodies/authorities, agencies, IITs, IIMS, NITs, reputed educational institutions, management institutions and similar eligible organisations for conducting a Detailed Origin-Destination Study to Quantify Intrastate and Interstate Movement of Goods and Passenger Transport in Odisha. The study shall broadly cover passenger and goods movement, O-D surveys, route analysis, transport demand-supply gap assessment, passenger/transporter opinion survey, route performance and occupancy analysis, future demand projection, GIS-based outputs, data analytics and actionable recommendations for transport planning in Odisha.
