The Information & Public Relations Department, Government of Odisha, invites Request for Proposal to select a competent Agency for Supply, Installation, Operation and Maintenance of 65 (Sixty-Five) Outdoor Digital LED Display Boards at designated locations in and around Puri for the occasion of Puri Shri Jagannath Rath Yatra 2026 for a fixed-duration on rental/operational basis for a period of 15 (Fifteen) days. The purpose of these LED Display Boards is to serve as a mass-communication and public-information infrastructure during the Rath Yatra, including real-time crowd and traffic updates, temple ritual live feeds, and emergency health and safety messages.
