The Directorate of Horticulture, Department of Agriculture, Government of Bihar invites Expressions of Interest from eligible oil palm processing and development companies, cooperatives, producer organisations or permitted consortia for implementation of the National Mission on Edible Oils - Oil Palm (NMEO-OP) in the districts of Araria, East Champaran, Kishanganj, Purnia and West Champaran. The selected agency/agencies shall be responsible for quality planting material, technical extension, cluster development, assured FFB procurement, collection logistics, timely farmer payments and a credible phased processing plan.
