The objective is to evaluate their operational performance and sustainability, identify key performance issues, and recommend practical measures for improvement. The assessment will focus on actual loading, effluent compliance, O&M systems, sewer connectivity, reuse, and sludge management. The team will consist of an International Consultant as Team Leader and two National Consultants, who will coordinate assessments and data collection.
