The Asian Disaster Preparedness Center (ADPC) seeks to engage an Individual Consultant to develop a competency-based curriculum framework and prototype training package for Flood Water Rescue (FWR) for the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF). The consultant will create a structured curriculum aligned with NDRF operational requirements and internationally recognized standards for flood and water rescue operations. The assignment includes developing technical recommendations for training infrastructure and environments for practical FWR training. The expected outputs include a complete competency-based FWR training package consisting of a Facilitator Guide, Participant Workbook, Training Slide Deck, Exercise and Simulation Guide, and Training Evaluation and Assessment Tools.
