BOQ Item Description: Fabricating of customised Open Terrace Landscaping of garden - Supply of fine textured Red soil suitable for landscaping etc. loading, transportation, unloading, stacking at site. Red soil shall be free from stones, pebbles, weeds, unwanted garbage, grass etc. Chequered Tile based natural grass is used. The tree beds/pits shall be back filled with farm yard manure/fertilizers/pesticides by uniformly mixing with the soil in the specified proportion, to the level of adjoining ground and then profusely watered to enable the soil to subside the refilled soil shall then be dressed evenly with its surface about 50 to 75 mm below the adjoining ground level complete
